I’m not sure your point? They are not civilians when they are covering up tunnels in their homes for Hamas to use.

Look at Google map of Gaza city, Rafah, Khan-Younes, Al Qarara, ... pretty much all building have been destroyed. You want to try to argue that every one of them was somehow hiding a tunnel ?
