I am many decades out of public schools, but I wonder, is this in specific school districts, or is it nationwide?

higher frequency of violence in schools in urban districts. but suburban and rural districts are dealing with it too. [1]

That source has nothing to do with 'on teacher' violence, just general violence. A school fight would count as an incident for instance.

It's worse, it happens all over the world. Just one of many examples - https://yle.fi/a/74-20239397

Nationwide. It goes along with how guns have more rights than children do.

Which rights? What does that mean?

All our politicians go out of their way to claim that they don't like school shootings while guaranteeing that absolutely nothing can ever be done about it. Gun lovers are angry about it getting pointed out.
