Actually, I guess you are right, since it becomes "legal" once the parents have signed the child's rights away to a 3rd party.

It's a real shame that signing away your child's rights, without them present in a court of law, is not illegal.

i agree this should absolutely be illegal. especially at the age of these children who are usually teenagers and should have some rights.
