- macOS doesn't natively support "alt tab"-like behaviour (Cmd-Tab and Cmd+` are not analogous). You need something like alt-tab.app.
- You can't have the trackpad use "natural scrolling" and an external mouse use "normal scrolling" at the same time. The setting applies to all devices at once, so you need an external app (like LinearMouse) to use it.
That said, it's not like OSs and DEs don't have annoying things you need to fix (eg adding plugins to fix GNOME weirdness).
