Ask HN: Which is better for backend? JavaScript or Python?

Use what you thinking is the best fit for the job.

I’ve been using Python as my workhorse for 15+ years. I recently made a backend for a chat bot using C#, and I have to admit that I liked a lot of it. I’ve also made some non-trivial things with Elixir and loved it.

Use Golang instead.
