Yea, that was the point I was making. Congress chooses to fuck over their own constituents intentionally. They sometimes pretend it is "hard" because of "the system" but in reality both parties are aligned against you. Trump has basically done whatever he wants while in office. It is possible to fix things but almost all politicians CHOOSE not to.
