I have to admit I have no ICP written out. PearPie is built to place data ownership with the user, without them needing to know how to configure that. Users I currently go for are legal or medical professionals that can't use AI now because chats are stored centrally. However also businesses that do not want to share their in-house data with the large labs. PearPie is designed for everyday use, from that perspective my customer is aligned what that of Claude and ChatGPT.
In terms of 90 days I hope to have some business customers in pilot, I am in talks now, but this is public launch day for me so there is no baseline. Hopefully I will be able to get some traction here and get some data on what users actually convert.
