- If you can buy sugar on SNAP you can just make Kool-Aid, with 2 or 3 cups of sugar per gallon instead of one if that's your taste. Or you can get the powdered tea or lemonade and make super sweet tea/lemonade. Maybe it's slightly healthier.

- At my local Wal-mart, across from the soda aisle is the juice aisle. There's some "healthy" juices like apple, and grape, but also Hawaiian Punch, Sunny D, and their generic equivalents. These are basically high fructose corn syrup with a few flavorings and dyes. These might still be SNAP eligible since they're juices and not soda.

Not the way my family in Oklahoma made sweet tea. Basically so much sugar that the tea has to stay warm or it precipitates out. It's disgusting.
