It's bizarre to me to see my post being voted down. As the other reply suggests, maybe there are some states with laws which offer legal protection from being fired to employees publicly disparaging their employers over political or ideological differences, though I doubt it very much. The First Amendment absolutely does not offer this protection (unless your employer is the government) and the courts have affirmed this over and over.
