I'm tired of this too, but don't judge your friends too harshly. What I've learned is that many folks are copying slop because they feel insecure in their abilities. They think that the AI will do a better job than they can, not realizing that the human touch is what the recipient actually wants.
No empathy. If you want to merely appear skilled instead of actually being skilled, and use false artifacts of skill to reap rewards, you deserve very harsh judgement.
