I retired from the Army. I don't really like my job. I'm trying to prove to folks I can do difficult things. When I was a kid in the 80s on my IBM PCjr., I wanted to make games. So I decided to see what AI was all about and make one now.
It's free, web-based, supports different controls, supports three languages, has a synthesized music track, a global leaderboard, and configurable options. I even got it so it uses haptics on Android. I was surprised how small it is. 185KB single HTML file. Graphics are drawn in code and the music synthesized at runtime. I put it on Itch. I also hosted it on Cloudflare for nothing. I hooked it up to Google Analytics.
Shipping what AI helps make is easy. De-bugging what AI makes is HARD. You have to know what you are looking for. Cloudflare's deployments helped a lot with the rollback situations.
Today I saw people in rural villages in Brazil and Nigeria were playing my game. That made me feel pretty good.
