I think you should change the pricing from per month to per course. You'll be able to do more price testing, make more profit, and I bet your customer LTV will increase as well.

Have you guys thought of this or are you totally committed to monthly SaaS model?

His actions of hiring ahead of revenue say yes. Investors giving him $5M show they think the same thing. Actions always speak louder than words.
