I noticed something creep on the Final Round AI website. They show video testimonials from users with their full names, faces, and industries publicly on the site.
Technically this isn’t a traditional data breach, but it is exposing personally identifiable information (name + face) tied to people who used an AI interview cheating tool. Isn't it very concerning??
Because the content is public, it could theoretically be scraped and cross-referenced with LinkedIn, hiring databases, or recruiter tools.
So the question is:
Isn't this a very serious data leak disguised as failed marketing?
Is meaningful consent even possible when testimonial rights are buried in ToS?
