If I understood that correctly, the point made by the talking head is that everything is over valued, not just tech. I mean in a sense it sounded like "it's not an AI bubble, it's an everything bubble."

Yes, precisely, it's an everything bubble with tech just being one part of it and AI bubble just part of the tech bubble.
