Hey HN! Built this after reading a VR body doubling study for ADHD (Ara et al., 2024).
The idea: periodic voice check-ins create accountability without the scheduling friction of Focusmate or the social pressure when you're not feeling it.
It's an ElevenLabs voice agent that:
- Checks in at intervals you set
- Keeps you accountable to your stated goals
- Can answer questions/help think through problems mid-session
Built it for myself (have ADHD, dev struggles are real) and it's been working well, but would love feedback from other builders.
