You need time and energy to work with interns. You really have to check everything they do, after first showing how it is done and getting them up to speed with how you do things.
Unless you're doing something that anyone you hire as intern can learn while you do it at full-speed (think bagels, mowing, construction...) then you will not be helped for a long time by anyone you bring in.
