Giving feedback and helping school instruction to be relevant is not "rebellion".

Many school districts will use Parent-Teacher Associations and course feedback forms that students complete at the end of a course to help to improve poor teaching methods and adjust course offerings to ensure that students learn relevant information and skills.

This academic rebellion would be public like a science fair project.

Also it’s not the same as a subject feedback form since a student may argue that K-12 is a waste of time for students who want to go to university and that it should be reduced to seven years say.
