desperate move: cutting $20,000 off the price of the Model Y SUV. The article doesn't say if that's US or CDN, but it says the model Y was $84,990 CDN before the cut.

A couple of sentences later:

> The Model Y Long Range All-Wheel Drive now has a starting price of, according to the company’s website, $64,990—a full $20,000 less than its peak.

So the values would all have to be in $CDN.


Canada is importing Teslas from Germany now. Seems the Trump tariffs are working out great for US manufacturing in this instance.
