This already happens with sales calls and consulting calls with everyone’s agreement and we - both us and the clients - all love the automatic summarization and indexing.
As long as people are notified in an obvious and effective way, and people can opt out, that seems fine.
But -- particularly with medical care -- if these systems are being used without telling patients and without giving them the ability to opt out, that's a very serious problem.
