Why Buy a Camper When You Could Build a Stealthier One Out of Pallets Yourself? (jalopnik.com)

It's actually funny how much effort and money people spend to bum and sleep around unnoticed, but I also feel vibes similar to "man digging a tunnel under his garden".

This person seemed to be very independent and decoupled from societal norms, then likes having a restaurant/bar being nearby to watch a hockey game which seems such a normie thing to do.

This is not a "make something out of pallets video". It's a using pallets for suburban camouflage video! Much different. I am cooking jambalaya today for the first due to this video. If can he cook it in pallets, I can cook it at home.

I saw this. The problems, as narrated, include it's not well moisture sealed and the door permits locking the occupants in. In addition, the lock isn't sturdy enough to keep unwanted guests out.

I seem to recall stories of stealth vans being uncovered by passing dogs and I'd imagine he'd be similarly vulnerable.

Steve Wallis on hackernews.... What a timeline we live in. ^>^

As a long-time fan of Steve Wallis and his wonderfully down-to-earth approach to his adventures, I'm glad to see him appear here.

Great example of another stealth camper here...
