I remember being, like, "WTF" when I had to present a vaccination card to attend community college back in '92. Luckily I was just out of the army and had been vaccinated to pretty much everything known to mankind as part of the US's rapid deployment force (aka, the 82nd Airborne) so it wasn't an issue.
Don't even get me started on being forced to be vaccinated for smallpox a second time as an adult... not quite as bad as the Black Death vaccine but it definitely sucked.
