This dude doesn't understand that statins block coq-10 and other essential cholesterol synthesis..

It's true that low COQ-10 can cause muscle aches, which are a common side effect of statins. But if the alternative is a heart attack, then I'd probably rather take the statin and supplement COQ-10 if it's low. Given that the lifetime risk of a heart attack is >50%, the benefit outweighs the harm IMO.
