Ask HN: User reporting and feedback loops for regulatory compliance

For eg: For EU's Digital Services Act, platforms need to provide tools for users to flag illegal content (e.g., hate speech, terrorism, fraud). Have to review and make decisions about this content. Also have to allow users to appeal decisions.

There's more requirements for larger organizations, and other similar regulations like UK's OSA.

Are folks actually building these? Why/why not? As I understand fines are large, plus important for brand impression and user base.

[Context] There are so many companies with hockey stick growth, 50M+ ARR, global user base, etc. But I don't see them support these user reporting requirements. Got me curious about why that's the case.
