Ask HN: Help Anyone here work at WhatsApp?

HELP! Anyone here work at Facebook or Whatsapp? My dad forwarded a Whatsapp login OTP message to some random phone number (don't ask me why would anyone do that!), and now he is logged out of his Whatsapp and has lost access to it. When he tries to log in to Whatsapp, it asks for a "code sent to your other device" which goes to the hacker. I need help getting his number logged out from all devices so we can recover the account!

Update: We just got his account back because a friend helped file an account hijack request internally. Thanks to everyone who offered help and support!

I've sent an email to support@whatsapp.com but the email wasn't even acknowledged with a ticket number or auto-reply, so I'm not sure if I'll even get a response.
