I don't mind trying a "better reddit", but seeing it's a team up with the reddit co-founder, what will set it apart?

There is something about modern reddit that irks me, at the same time I'm not sure if it really was better in the past if you strip stay the nostalgia.

So why digg? Less bots? Less algorithm? Better algorithm? More or less "AI"? Etc.

Every failure of once-famous Web 2.0 platforms proves that websites are products of their time - temporary and ultimately irrelevant. Each generation has its own favorite services, apps, and channels, all destined to fade away. Some collapse due to mismanagement, enshittification, bad design choices, censorship, or simply because users move on. Digg is as much a relic of the past as MySpace, and no amount of money, marketing, or exaggerated "superpowers" can change that - especially when they're partnering with a platform that is itself dying a slow, painful death.

There's no information here in the title. What does the reboot look like? Where does the "with Reddit" come from?

This is just a teaser and an invitation to sign up for marketing. I guess it got upvoted for the name Digg alone.

This is, what, the third Digg reboot?
