Recently Google started people with Google accounts to update their birthdays, promising a surprise --> https://plus.google.com/u/0/116113014152499702246/posts/9SF8... So I think a personal Google doodle is that surprise.

My name is Tzury and today is my birthday, and when I navigate this morning to Google.com a birthday doodle was there, and hovering over the doodle shows title: "Happy Birthday Tzury".

That's a very nice gesture - to get your own Gogole page for one day.
