Ghostery is the thing you want to block in the first place.

I see tracking consent opt-outs as pointless and misleading at best because the adtech industry doesn't operate in good faith. Just block them.

Well, for starters ublock origin is the gold standard, and it's free, and it's open source, and it's been refined over many years, and etc. etc. etc.
