On: AI killed the tech interview. Now what?

This seems like a great idea, and similar to my old approach of “we pay you for 10-20 hours of work across a few days to see how you work with us”.

The downside we found was inconsistency. Candidate 1 and 2 get variable difficulty work. How do we decide who did better?
