Major SaaS softwares suck !!!

Would indeed be worth a lot if true. I suspect the reality is you have a wrapper and basic prompt engineering built around some public LLM like OpenAI's models.
Without any further technical details or a demo we can try, I don't think we can help you. Most will certainly not email you about this nor should you expect them to based on this post, that's a lot of effort on the writers part for what sounds like the same run of the mill idea millions of others are building.
