did China sign?



that's what confused me:

so looks like they did

, at the same time, the goal of the declaration and summit to become less reliant on US and China.

So basically Europe signed together with China to compete against US/UK or what happend?


The agreement doesn't mean much. It's just a list of good intentions. Most counties were fine to say yeah I'll do good things if it's not binding. Vance & Trump were an exception to that.


It is not binding, but it is still a public statement
