Until things like this carry mandatory jail time or we have corporate structure reform, they’re going to continue happening.
It’s easy enough to structure companies such that you can declare bankruptcy and spin up a new one. It’s also a lot harder to prove intent in court when only looking at historical factual data. The actions themselves should be enough for jail time.
