Trump may be China's favorite US President. He is actively dismantling all of the US federal government and overseas empire piece by piece.

I‘m not quite sure but wouldn’t that mean, that prices for those products would be raised?

Also, even if a company has a plant in the US, wouldn’t be the products produced there still be more expensive because production costs (like wages) are higher in the US then in china/taiwan etc.?

To be competitive they would need to lower those production costs.

Really interested how this turns out.
