> Nearly all, 98 percent of leaders, said their organization struggles to find talent.
They are struggling to find talent at the pay and working conditions they are willing to offer, based on the unemployment rate, JOLTS survey, quits, time to find a role, etc.
What these "employers" really want is a 20 something year old MIT grad to accept working overtime (optimally) at minimum wage. Which is why they will never tell us specifically what they want and instead have to repeat the "we can't find talent!" or "there is a talent shortage!!" lies.
Now "AI" can work close to free with the intelligence of an MIT grad with a PhD 24/7.
I think the assumption is that you can pass the buck as well/throw under the bus as easily the AI as the under-equipped employee. The thing is you can't really blame the AI, you are the retard at the end of the line.
