I'll have what he's having! If one man could make audio work, we all know Apple could make a rounding error and have a proper fix for this entire legacy iPod mess. Fantastic hacking stories like this one bring me hope that Apple could some day actually notice their massive legacy of broken code and protocols, all the things they have casually abandoned into the world, such that it triggers not only a legacy introspection but massive open-sourcing of legacy firmware.
