Oracle Forms is a technology platform originally designed to develop and deploy database-driven applications, especially for Oracle Databases.
I have mostly seen organizations gradually move from Oracle Forms to Oracle Apex.
Is it a bad choice in moving to an Open-Source Tech Stack using React for UI and Java/Golang/others for Backend and PostgreSQL as the DB Engine.
