Pre-sealed pocket of wipes; good idea!

The wipes would be warmed by the baby's body heat as well; babies don't like a cold wipe on their tushies.

That's basically my idea, I didn't describe it well enough. The wipes would be in a little tiny sealed packet attached to the outside of the nappy.
