Hello HN! I'm Vincent, the creator of MorphoFit (https://morpho.fit).

As someone passionate about weightlifting, I noticed how many people get injured due to exercises that don't match their body structure and limitations. MorphoFit uses a scientific approach to solve this:

1. We analyze your unique body structure through a detailed questionnaire 2. Our system processes this data to identify potential risk areas 3. You receive personalized exercise recommendations optimized for your morphology

Key features: - Full-body structural analysis based on scientific research - Custom exercise selection adapted to your specific body type - Safety-first approach with alternative exercise recommendations - Detailed guidelines for proper form and execution

Technical stack: Laravel/Vue

I built this as a solo developer and would love to get feedback from the HN community, especially on: - The scientific approach to exercise recommendation - UX improvements - Additional features that would be valuable

You can try the free analysis at https://morpho.fit

Looking forward to your thoughts and suggestions!

Ok the free analysis is interesting (yes it's basic stuff that every trainer should know - but of course most don't, and the "follow a program" bros just want to copy-paste Starting Strength and they're too hard headed to modify anything)

Though I understand the value of an easy-to-understand guide for inexperienced people

Thanks for the feedback! You're right, many gymbros prefer following ready-made programs without much customization. While MorphoFit currently targets a niche audience who wants to truly personalize their training based on their morphology, I'm actually planning to introduce morphology-based training plans in the future if there's enough interest.

The current focus is on helping people understand their body structure and exercise selection, but creating full routines that take into account individual body types is definitely on my roadmap.

Thanks for taking the time to check it out and provide your thoughts!
