Well, it uses PTFE which is a kind of PFAS which doesn't have a clear future and shouldn't be scaled up for good reasons, e.g. :

Interesting. PTFE tubes are used for 3D printers (although it's a small quantity and they aren't consumable), but I didn't know it was so much more harmful than other plastics.
Edit: just realized that PTFE
is
Teflon. Makes more sense now.
