I used to use it much more before I knew about Photopea. For non-professionals like me, PhotoPea has the extra benefit of not having to install an extra desktop software just for very occasional use.
I needed to undistort some PCB pictures taken with handheld phone camera for reverse engineering job and decided to try Gimp again after ~20 years. Managed to crash it in under 10 minutes of using Transform tool & SVG loaded as Path :o I spend more time googling and failing to find how to load SVG in a way its not a pixelated mess as a background truth for the transformed picture. Not encouraging.
