Please tell me, with that heroic artwork, its a parody site. I'm humour impaired, I can't tell if this an attempt at funny, or funny because it's .. sad.
It seems to be (or proposes to be, I can’t figure out if it really exists yet) based on “distributed ledgers” and “blockchain” so I’m pretty skeptical. But hey, maybe they’ll be the ones to develop the first non-pointless blockchain!
