How silly. Like arguing a despot cannot seize wealth held in offshore bank accounts because they have no legal jurisdiction there.
Saving in cash, commodities, Bitcoin, stocks or capital assets is still saving. This seems like a continuation of the proud Wall Street tradition of inventing acronyms to sell financial products.
