I guess Hezbollah are kind of dumb when it comes to supply and logistics. Possibly it's corruption, they chose some untrustworthy suppliers, perhaps lured in by some good deal they couldn't refuse. They didn't seem to do their due diligence, at least verify a few batches... What's next? Cellphones?
