Not affiliated with Replit at all, nor have used them in a year or two, but this I have to say is pretty incredible.
I guess question might be does the strength of the agent compare to Claude/Cursor etc (guess will have to get a lot of people using it and to see the general feedback). I have heard that the existing "Replit AI" is lacking, but just from a lot of hearsay sources, could be just people echoing what they heard w/o even trying it, who knows..
Personally, though, I think it's better to decouple the code from the deployment for tools like these. Then you can deploy wherever your want. However if you know you will be using Replit for the hosting, then it makes the deployment a lot easier that's for sure, and the whole process appeared to be pretty powerful. For more complicated projects I guess time will tell.
