Cities are overheating. How do we cool them down?

Look what they did in San Antonio (100 years ago, not now. The River Walk), or Mexican cities. Not the insanities as in Houston, Phoenix or LA.

More concrete parking spaces and road lanes will not help.

Parks in general provide good cooling. They’re basically giant evaporative coolers, drawing groundwater and cooling the area
