Having cameras on your house isn't an invitation for the police to come in and take the footage.


My understanding is they can get a warrant to seize footage from a camera on your house (but not I wouldn't call it an 'invitation).


Those cameras aren't on your house, they're being confiscated because they're surveiling the public on the street.
