Smalltalk and Haskell.
I would have said Lisp/Scheme, but if you've already tried Clojure then you likely wouldn't gain anything from it.
Haskell is so alien that coming from javascript/ruby will feel like knowing almost nothing.
It's rigid and forces you into a way of thinking about problems with the single/strict paradigm approach. Very difficult to program in, but I feel like learning it teaches you a lot about the way you program in other languages.
It boils down to the question: is your code provably robust? You learn very often, its not.
