Just out of sheer curiosity, I’m wondering how the tech wizards here manage to take short, inconspicuous breaks during intense coding sessions or endless meetings. Any quirky or clever strategies for some incognito 'fish-touching' while at work? How do you recharge without drawing too much attention? Keen to hear your fun stories or secret tips!
I've never felt the need to hide taking a break. If I need to, I just say that and take a break. Most of the time, everyone else is ready for one as well so a short recess is called.
But I imagine this sort of thing is probably tightly related to company culture, and yours doesn't allow for this. I have no advice about that situation. I only wanted to point out that isn't a universal thing.
