Andy is such a joker. It’s clear these were cherry picked examples.

“4,500 developer years” saved is definitely a meme-able line from this clown.

This is nothing but puffery and a sales pitch for their ChatGPT wrapper.


AWS is so behind on Gen AI they have to play up the PR.


I would not really consider anyone “behind” when it comes to sniffing their own farts about LLMs.

Everyone is just engaged at a different cycle in the fraud.


If it's OpenRewrite recipes (not just the AI) making those Java upgrades happen, then Amazon should say so. A quick google search suggests that's likely based on AWS documentation. Nothing wrong with that approach, but it's a wordy announcement to be leaving out such an important clarification.


When Amazon executives like CEO Andy Jassy continue to make baseless and arguably fraudulent claims such as this, what is the legal recourse?


I imagine there’s alot of boiler plate code in AWS
