Low quality non technical article on a terrible webpage promoting a product. This an Ad.


Mike Magee is fresh in his grave and already rolling in it.


This is the writer doing the bare minimum to justify the purchase cost as a business expense


That headline made me think Lego made a Concorde model capable of supersonic flight. As if Lego Technic had really upped their game. Needless to say, I am disappointed.


Millennium Falcon is $849 USD. LEGO is even more about the cash grab now than in the 1980's. No sale.


LEGOs are public domain by the way, their patents expired and there’s a fair few similar quality brick manufacturers, such as Sembo. So unless you really want to avoid Chinese manufacturers (which I don’t believe LEGO uses) it’s a viable option and a lot cheaper for little quality loss. Many have very interesting kits, especially for licenses LEGO has not touched yet.
