Does it support adding a sim card or an e-sim so that we can make calls and use data , instead of connecting to wifi or Ethernet ?

Now if this thing could take pictures, make phone calls and texts, and be able to dock to a monitor and keyboard and mouse, or at least a usb dock, this would be my dream device.
